Ahh Mondays. Can't live with em, can't get paid π²π²without em. In my ENTIRE LIFE I think I have only maybe three Mondays I loved ππ. Nowadays when I see a TGIM (Thank God It's Monday), I want to throw the person who invented the saying. Mondays are the times when I'm tired π΄, and as much as I love taking naps, I would rather NOT do it in class. Thankfully, I remembered to wake up π

. Sure, there are other days of the week that I am not 100% a fan of, but I feel like Mondays even have Friday the 13th losing the battle for the worst day of the week/month ππ.

A Ramen Kind of Day
This little gem was a result of wanting to be creatively healthy with Ramen. My plans were a little turned around when I saw that we did not have fresh peppers, but you sometimes have to work with what you have. All the ingredients I found were just a combination of flavors that I find to be delicious in Ramen. With a mission like this it is important to remember: PORTION IS KEY! Not all creations are mind-blowing. I used about 1/4 of teaspoon of the onion powder, oregano leaves, and the Louisiana Cajun Seasoning. These were the ones that I was most cautious about because they are each an extremely powerful flavor in any dish. I used a pinch of the chicken flavoring found in the package because it has a high level of sodium which is 100% never good for you. The Rotel came along with its own flavors too which boosted the flavor of the Ramen. The combination of the tomatoes and the green chilies were incredible. All together, the dish had a wonderful aroma and made me smile.
