So, about April 14th, we had invited over some people for a massive lunch. My mom, sister, and I were rushing through the kitchen to make the meals we were all creating both the night before and day of 😅😅 I knew EXACTLY what I wanted to make, but I had not made this meal in such a LOOOOOONG time! This was set to be an interesting day anyway. I had no intention of starting the night before because I hate reheated crispy chicken. We bought all the ingredients the night before instead. So, here comes along Sunday. In the morning, I planned to go to a fitness class with my dad, clean up myself, then start cooking (the fitness class was about 8:30AM and the people were coming over at around 3:30, 4PMish). Keep in mind that I needed to shower too! Got everything that I needed ready and set up to go. I was halfway done dipping the chicken when I realized I was quickly running out of the crunchy onions. Then came in the improvisation game of a lifetime! I found breadcrumbs in the pantry and some chips. I had to mix them with the original mix AND season them to taste EXACTLY the same (This is ALL without being able to taste it because of the raw egg inclusion with the dipping process). Thankfully and THANK THE LORD, it all turned out amazing and people ate AND loved what successful improvising did. I think only you guys and my mom are the ONLY people who now know that the Frenchy's crunchy onion chicken I made was not 100% the full ingredients. I did take the precaution of asking them if they were allergic to anything LOOOOOOOONG before I made the portion of the meal I was making (around the time we invited them. LOL 😂😂). These are what I used:

+, of course, eggs, flour, lime (to give the chicken a good clean post washing it), and some Baker's Joy baking spray (been pretty good, but trying to find an alternative because it keeps cooking the outside of foods WAY too quickly before the food is even done!!!!)
And here is how it turned out (please excuse the blurriness of this photo 😅😅):
It came out to be SOOOO delicious that even I was surprised!! Feel free to try out the recipe and tell me all about it! I'd love to hear about your experience. All the extra seasoning are 100% your preference and definitely flavor it to your liking! Hope you enjoy it!
