Saturday Hunger

There is nothing like weekend hunger to get you to be creative with what you find in the pantry, fridge, and freezer 😂😂 A call for Turkey & Chicken 😋😋
This first one is two turkey Burgers and some, well they started out as Sunnyside up eggs and ended up becoming scrambled. The difficulty of being creative 🙈🙈 They came out pretty delicious. Yes, that beautiful glow is from our best friend, tumeric 🎉🎉 I ran out of extra virgin olive oil and used canola oil. It's not my favorite of oils, but it got the job done. WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!: PRACTICE with your use of ANY Adobo seasoning. It is very strong, do be very careful how much you use. Eggs do not absorb salt flavors very well, still practice though.
This one was probably the hardest because I was trying to create a flavor from memory using flavors I found within the house. What's missing in the image is some honey (I used it as well). Everything was pretty much to taste and creativity stylings except the Matouk's (bottle with the white top). It is QUITE spicy making one teaspoon of it enough to taste it's flavor. Practice with your flavor balance though. My flavors I wanted to go for were: spicy, but not too spicy, sweet, but not too sweet, a little bit of saltiness for flavor (soy sauce), and some actual salt to bring out the sweetness (many people forget the power of salt and sugar combined) and the sweet n' sour was to add a bit more flavor, but not too sour either.

Want food perfection on your perfection level? Practice! Practice! Practice! Practice makes PERMANENT! Maybe that "permanent" can one day become perfect permanence 🙌🙌 High Hopes to you all brave enough to get creative in the kitchen!
